Yes I've already paid £35 for a 9 day premium profile on Sleepyboy, so far I've had a couple of enquiries but no confirmed bookings, so i'll see how I get on. It occured to me most listings on Sleepyboy don't have any client reviews so this could be a factor. Unfortunately clients must be paid members of the site in order to leave a review, however one of my regular clients has offered to leave a glowing review for me, so i'll see if this makes any difference before I write the site off altogether.

I'll definately give Vivastreet and Adultwork a shot as they're both free to list on - nothing lost there, as you say Michael.

A note on Squirt for those who aren't aware: They offer a paid upgrade to become a 'fanclub' member for around £10 a month. The obvious benefit is extra messages but in reality I haven't recieved that many anyway. I checked with the site admin and you needn't be a Fanclub member to appear in the escort listings - so Squirt is another potential form of free advertising (when it asks for your sexuality when setting up your profile, instead of selecting 'gay', 'bi', whatever - just select 'escort/masseur') . You appear in the escort profile list for your local area regardless of whether or not you're logged in to the site. One benefit of being a paid (fanclub) member is you have have the option of creating two extra profiles (quite good if you're wanting to advertise your services in several locations) - I haven't created extra profiles yet, so haven't tested this method, though as I've paid my £10 for this month anyway not realising I could advertise as an escort for free, I'll give it a go.

Yes correct about so few reviews - as very few 'clients' are paying membership - hence 46 on my website & just 9 on sleepyboy - ALSO I have asked Marcus loads of times - but no friggin response - on free escort listing how the FCUK can you view your profile - IN FULL? - I have no idea what it looks like!!

LOL Gayapple - only been on a few days - James me & just two other profiles - for the UK - I have no profile pic - yes its free to profile without any pics - or £10 apparently to be posted for an indefinate period - had a potential booking - but then guy said he did not have time - yeah right - that makes 3 in a row. I've given up with Gaydar. I used to get some really good appointments off it at times, but I advertised for a month for £55 in June and got two appointments from it. One from a guy who had lost my number but I had seen before and another from a rather chunky queen who wanted 3 dildo's up his arse, had an accident and shit all over the bed.

The autoreponder he suggests isn't a setting on Adult Work. Steve is recommending setting up an email address just for use with Adult Work (a good piece of advice). If you set up an autoresponder on that email account, anytime a client message is received the autoresponder will reply with your custom message - in this case including your phone number.

You can find general information about autoreponders here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Autoresponder - How you set it up will vary depending what system you use for email, it's fairly simple if you use Gmail.

Hey, I saved some of the websites from here a while ago. Now have just tried to sign up to boys2rent but it sent me to men4rent to sign up and then I had to pay. By the time I was at the paying bit I thought I might as well now. But now I can't even sign in to boys2rent. Did I just waste thirty odd quid on a very ugly website? Probably, but how does one get on to boys2rent? That's all I wanted. Surely it's the same thing or they wouldn't have sent me to men4rent to sign up.

I should have checked this thread first, Micheal did mention this. Can anyone on boy2rent tell me how it's done?
