Survey Follow-up Questions

The survey that was put out earlier this year
(I posted the ECP's email about it on this forum - https://www.goodescort.co.uk/topic/1143-potential-ban-of-prostitution-websites-in-uk/)
are now looking to have follow-up questions answered.
The email I received said they were particularly interested in the experience of being a male sex worker, and that if I knew of any other male sex workers who would be interested in answering the questions, could I pass the questions on to them.
So I've attached the questions (and the intro/guidelines) if anyone is interested. The deadline for submitting the completed questions is 14th December.
