I just wanted to start off by pointing out that my lease expired yesterday. So most of my adverts are offline and I have moved far away from London for now.

But I got a few texts made arrangements to meet a guy last week. After like the 3rd text he starts telling me he misses me and that he loves me. :S. I gave him a chance with a booking and this was followed by up to 50 texts a day (I didn't reply to more than 5) and several phone calls. Ofcourse he didn't turn up - Though I suppose he geniunely may not have been able to. Anyway by this point I had no interest in wanting to meet him. The constant messages and calls never stopped no matter how many times I told him to fuck off - Swearing is not my thing but at this point I was getting really wound up.

Basically what do you do in this situation? He had several phone numbers so obviously getting a number barred wouldn't work.

All I can think of is going to the police... But It feels strange being an escort and all.

I was told by another escort this sort of thing was common so I was wondering what you guys did in this situation. - Ignoring him was easy until he was waking me up at night (I worked 24hrs in London so I never had my phone off). His English was really poor aswell as he claimed to be a 23 year old Pakistani guy from Luton.

I have had personal experience of the same - not stalking although it felt just the same.

In the summer of 2009 I came within an inch of either loosing my sight or maybe my life - if it was not for the intervention of a lovely lad Romans who heard the commotion, then I may not be here now - he saved my life and at great personal risk.

I was being attacked in my own home by a syco called Gordon, a so called friend - he had falsely accused me of letting someone into his room downstairs from my bedroom, that his g had been taken.

When confronted I pushed him in frustration, this guy on steroids, protein drinks, gallons of red bull, on a come down from crystal meth - I stood no chance, he had the strength of ten men - the memory of this attack is forever seared into my memory.

My face resembled a sherry trifle, but I still managed next day to 'work' in Dublin for eleven days.

Anyway on my return I spent £800 having my door re-inforced, then had him arrested - the fcuking charges were later dropped by the CPS - why? despite photos I had not had my injuries verified by a hospital and/or GP - So if ANY OF YOU GUYS EVER get attacked get your injuries verified & photographed!!! - you will be entitled to at least £1000 min for 'criminal damage' regardless of a potential conviction - it is available via Victim Support, just ask for the form.

OK - he was arrested, then of course released on bail charged with GBH, & within days almost physically thrown out of the house - he had previously smashed his room up and tired to destroy the ceiling.

Within hours the abusive texts started, he was also aware of my previous arrest by the Vice Squad on Dec 14th 2009 ( http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/libertycentral/2012/jan/06/michael-peacock-obscenity-trial?newsfeed=true )

so there were many gloating that I would go to prison and be gang raped - all vile.

Then when he was later released with no prosecution it got much worse, up to 30 txts a day - so I went to the Police, they had NO ISSUE ABOUT ME BEING A MALE ESCORT - I had kept EVERY text message ( CRUCIAL!!!! ), he was then warned by phone that he must desist or face arrest.

He eased off for a few days - by then his dad and brother had started sending me vile messages and Gordon started again, so I called the Police and a WPC came to my new home - she took my phone, as all the texts were required as evidence.

Can you believe this he was called and informed that he now faced arrest if he did not stop, and he responded by telling the Police to fuck off, FORTUNATELY I had previously had the good sense to verify where he worked - he escorted part time ( with NO REPEAT CLIENTS, can you believe he had George Michael once ) but his main job if he could ever be bothered to turn up - claiming sickies all the time - so I supplied Police with details, who then arrested him at work.

He crumpled, spending a day in a cell, crying like a baby - oh I had seen his cry baby so many times.

He was charged and given a 2 year order not to attempt to make any contact with me - and it worked.

So I urge you PLEASE and anyone else subject to serious levels of txt abuse - report it to the Police - they WILL NOT I REPEAT have any issue about what we do - SAVE EVERY TEXT - and you should as the Police advise avoid responding to texts - but don't worry if you have.
