probably if you mix in the soho house crowd or shoreditch house you very likely to get invited to something like this. more the posh classy gay clubs, with a dark side to the members a lot of gay 20-30 rich new york guys do a lot of these and seems to be very common on the ny party scene...

I've once hooked up with a guy on Manhunt (not as an escort)

I have organized these parties but because i m finding many gay escorts in London very unreliable I dropped this as a business plan .

I now hold larger sex parties to all and sundry so long as they pay the door charge and the venue costs are covered. Its a very niche crowd but works for the clients in certain fetishes on certain sites ?
