Gaydar Automated Replies

I have received a lot of automated replies from people that I have messaged, however I have looked to see if I can set one up on my Commercial Profile and i can't seem to find that option anywhere.

Does anyone know if it's possible?

I'm only asking as I would like to reply to people who message me and urge them to call or text me when my profile is online but I'm out and about working and not at my laptop.

any help would be thoroughly appreciated

also if anyone does something similar to encourage potential clients to call or text while their away from the computer I would love to hear if anything works for you.

This would be a useful feature, but unfortunately not very popular with Gaydar or the Punters as it makes a mockery of the logging in process.

The social network model does not suit an Escort Directory. Escorts work on demand, they don't solicit, which is essentially what Gaydar allow to happen on their site.

It's curious that you're receiving automated responses from people you're messaging. Do you mean you're getting gaydar's standard 'not interested' message, as there's no other automated message available on gaydar? I'm unclear as to why people would reply with this message unless your message is completely unsolicited! Anyway, in my experience messaging potential clients is a waste of time. The only way is if they message you, otherwise you're just wasting your own time.

If you want to reply to clients who message you when you're out to suggest they should call you - well you'd have to be a pretty good programmer to work out how to do that as it's not possible within gaydar. The best you can do is give them some instructions on your profile, but most don't read the profiles. At all.

and yeah the only automated messages I have received are the ones who are aren't interested, I now guess that's a built on Gaydar feature.

There was another thread about this, all be it about sending people who had looked at your profile and left a track a msg along the lines of " Hi, thanks for looking at my profile etc etc" - I assume that it was a copy / paste type of msg.

I did try it for a while but received a warning from Gaydar saying that they considered it spam and that they had had complaints from people that I was "soliciting" them.

Gaydar's whole setup is premised upon solicitation!

If you interpret the Gaydar Network as a public place, their advertisers could be successfully prosecuted if there were the impetus to do so.

Gaydar is not an advertising directory that arranges an advert for you upon paying a subscription fee. They provide free of any further charge, many facilities that allow you to enhance your visibility if you act in a certain way, are present in a certain place at a certain time, post in a chat room, etc.

I used to do the same but noticed that I never picked up a single client from it. The most that happened was a lot of timewasters wanting to chat. It doesn't work.

Interesting that gaydar consider it spam. They're not the most escort-friendly bunch, are they?

Gaydar clients not reading your profile is a pretty standard thing
They also don't read the message that says "Not often at the computer so call me on xxx-xxx-xxx" but its still worthwhile putting it in a prominent place on your Gaydar profile and also if possible in the Location Filed along with your location so it shows up in searches

This is how mine looks and since I have done this I get less gaydar essages and more inquiries my sms and voice



A lot of clients just spam to the Commercial Guys Online search list and dont bother to look at your profile until you provide a suitable answer

I run two profiles on Gaydar, one for my escort work and one for SWOPmale which is the sex worker support service I work for and often both profiles get the same booking request from the same client within minutes proving that some clients spam indiscriminately and without opening profiles

btw automated replies from smartphones are also great for getting extra business but the only one I know of Magicall which only works for older windows phones

AND SO TRUE - more often when a private chat starts via gaydar - it soon ends after I do the usual - right at the start: 'You do appreciate I am a male escort? - blue dot is the clue' - SAVES SO MUCH TIME.

And why the fuck do these 20 somethings keep inviting me to watch them wank off via webcam? - they soon get blocked from sending any more msges!
