I don't use gaydar but a friend of mine does and he gets a good 6-7 jobs a week of it in Newcastle. I get a couple a month off him from gaydar that he can't do or who want something he doesn't offer but I do. It seems to work quite good for him. I tried it a year or so ago and got 3 appointments. I've been a member since the weekend and have scored 2 meets from it, so it seems worthwhile. I did however go out and get the new phone today, to find that the app is shocking! Not sure whether the iPhone version is any better, but the lack of message function baffles me.
